Information FieldTalk may process
Voice recordings and speech transcripts
Generated job summaries, labor, parts, missed charges, and invoice notes
Customer names, service locations, trade type, hourly rate, and app settings you enter
Offline job data saved locally on your device until synced or cleared
How data is used
FieldTalk uses job information to generate summaries, estimate billable items, prepare exportable invoice notes, and improve the app experience. FieldTalk does not sell your job notes or customer information.
Local storage and offline mode
This version saves job data locally in your browser/device so it can work even when signal is weak. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app may remove saved jobs.
Your responsibility
Do not record sensitive customer information unless needed for the job. Review all AI-generated summaries before sharing or billing.
